Parent / Guardian Consent
Participation in Dramatically Different programs requires informed consent from a parent or legal guardian.
By enrolling, parents and carers acknowledge that:
· Dramatically Different provides non-clinical, creative confidence coaching
· Sessions may include reflective or emotional topics appropriate to age and setting
· Girls are never required to share personal experiences
· Participation is voluntary and girls may opt out of activities at any time
Parents understand that Dramatically Different:
· Does not provide counselling, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment
· Does not replace psychological or medical support
· Will recommend external professional support if concerns exceed scope
Parents also acknowledge:
· Their child’s participation involves group-based activities
· Facilitators uphold child safety and safeguarding obligations
· Confidentiality is respected, with limits where safety or legal obligations apply
Written or digital consent must be provided prior to commencement of services
Refunds
Dramatically Different is committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality experiences and clear expectations for families.
Cancellation Policy
· Cancellations made more than 48 hours may be eligible for a refund or credit, less any administrative costs.
· Cancellations made outside of this time of commencement are non-refundable, pending illness
· Missed sessions or non-attendance without reason are not refundable.
· If a program is cancelled by Dramatically Different, a full refund or transfer will be offered.
As a non-clinical confidence coaching service, we do not offer refunds based on personal preference or perceived outcomes.
Privacy Policy
At Dramatically Different, personal information is collected only where necessary and handled in line with Australian Privacy Principles.
We:
· Store data and information securely as possible
· Limit record-keeping to essential details
· Keep limited clinical notes
· Do not share information without consent, except where legally required

Dramatically Different provides non-clinical, creative confidence coaching for girls. Our programs support self-expression, confidence, and identity development through creative and group-based experiences.
Dramatically Different is not a counselling, therapy, or mental health service and does not diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions. Participation does not replace professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic support.
