Collaborations with Erika
I design and deliver experiential workshops that strengthen communication, empathy, and understanding through creativity, intuitive intelligence and lived experience.
In a world increasingly shaped by systems, data, and rational approaches, we are learning that knowledge alone is not always enough-especially when working with people. Real-world situations, particularly in person-centred care, require presence, relational awareness, and the ability to trust our instincts and others, as well as our training.
My work supports girls, teams, and service providers to move beyond standard or academic approaches into embodied, experiential learning. Through facilitated role play, improvisation, and activities “walking in another’s shoes,” participants don’t just talk about challenges—they step into them. This builds practical empathy, deeper understanding, and more responsive ways of working with others.
Grounded in performance technique, compassion, and embodied learning, my approach strengthens confidence in human judgement, play and connection.
Outcomes
Organisations typically engage my work to:
Improve communication and collaboration across teams
Strengthen person-centred practice and service delivery
Build empathy and understanding with students, service users and their team
Increase confidence in intuitive, responsive decision-making
Deepen awareness of lived experience and individual needs
Experience
I bring over 20 years’ experience across education, community, and organisational sectors. As a NIDA-trained actor, facilitator, and coach, I translate performance-based practice into practical tools for real-world human connection and behaviour change.
