Every girl is different, no one is exactly the same or should feel compelled to be the same.

Dramatically Different provides a safe, supportive, creative space to explore all manner and modes of self-expression, without the distraction of external noise and imposed expectations.

The confidence of 'can do' comes from finding a creative home in oneself.

Every girl can benefit greatly from a coaching relationship dedicated to valuing her inner voice.

Unfolding potential is about about finding growth pathways. Everyone's path through life is unique. Having someone by your side at critical stages of development in life makes all the difference.

Dear Carers and Coordinators,

Dramatically Different is non-clinical, one of a kind coaching for girls of all abilities,
which aims to bring enjoyment, ease and enthusiasm that remains safely within their comfort zone.

Utilising a Strengths-Based Approach

Creative, drama-based sessions support emotional regulation, self-expression and wellbeing, building on each participant’s strengths. Structured role-play provides practice for communication and social skills, developing confidence, self compassion and independence for everyday life.

Girls are growing up in a world that makes demands on them before they're ready, from influencer culture, to body image, to academic achievement, on top of just coping with day to day life.

Dramatically Different gives your girl a safe personal space to grow, explore, and feel seen—away from pressure, noise, and online expectations. If you’re looking for creative non-clinical support that is genuinely about understanding her, this is where your girl can safely be herself.

Coaching with Erika is gentle, relational, trauma-informed and grounded in experience, tailored to girls who think, feel, and learn differently.

For NDIS participants

Dramatically Different works with families and educators of girls who need a meaningful alternative from the pressures of comparison,
anxiety and the online world.

Why?

Teen girls are now one of the highest-risk groups for internalising disorders (anxiety, depression, withdrawal). There is often a long wait for traditional services that may be too clinical and costly, or simply fail to connect.

Dramatically Different is an alternative support.

As a highly experienced coach and mother, Erika's approach is warm, grounded, and deeply respectful. She offers a calm, emotional presence, and practical hands on coaching for individuals in the home, groups sessions, and in institutional contexts. Her creative toolkit can find a way to engage every girl, from the most hesitant participant to the NIDA aspirant.

Coaching Fees

1:1 Face to Face Coaching

$100 per hr
Minimum 2 hrs per session
1:1 Face to Face coaching

Options:

  • School Term Face to Face sessions

  • Ongoing weekly bookings

  • Half day/Full day rates available

Each 1:1 session is tailored to the individual—meeting every girl where she is at and supporting her to grow at her own pace, in a supportive environment in your own home.

Individual coaching suits girls who:

  • Are more receptive to one on one interaction and dynamics

  • Need calm, safe and trusted support people and environments

  • Desire coaching that inspires their passion and unique interests in music, dance, performance and self expression

  • Value and can benefit more from real-time face-to-face connection than online interaction

  • Are seeking non-clinical skills building support that is creative, fun and interactive rather than purely functional

Group Session Coaching


$50 per participant
Session Time: 1.5 hrs
Max No: 8 participants. (TBA)

Each 90-minute studio session brings together up to eight girls in a carefully facilitated, small-group experience, allowing every girl to feel seen, supported, and comfortable being herself.

Intimate group size:

  • Helps girls feel confidently comfortable being themselves in a group

  • Supports emotional expression and
    self-regulation

  • Strengthens communication and social skills

  • Normalises difference and individuality

  • Reduces feelings of isolation

  • Provides the opportunity to be centre stage and perform to a small audience of peers

  • Encourages self-awareness and empathy through relationship building

Sessions blend creative, drama-informed activities, role play, movement and conversation with gentle reflection. Girls are guided—not pushed—through age-appropriate movement, storytelling, and expressive exercises, with choice and safety always prioritised.

Sessions close with grounding and integration, so girls leave feeling calm, capable, and connected.

Mother Daughter
" The Loom"


$200 per 1:1 workshop
Session Time: 2 hrs

$150 per Group workshop
Max No: 6 mother/daughter participants (TBA)
Session Time: 2 hrs

The Loom workshop is not therapy. It is a workshop experience designed to strengthen your daughter’s wellbeing and deepen your connection.

Through guided facilitation, you’ll reflect on the shared and personal stories of generations of girlhood in your family to gain insight into each other’s inner worlds.

Thread by thread, strand by strand you will create a tapestry together and leave feeling closer, better understood, and more connected than before.

Created for you and your daughter, The Loom offers a rare opportunity to pause, share, and truly listen.

Mother and daughter hopefully leave with:

  • A deeper emotional connection to each other needs and perspectives.

  • Practical tools and language to support healthier conversations at home

  • Greater insight into your daughter’s thoughts, feelings, and pressures
