Dramatically Different is not a counselling, therapy, or mental health service and does not diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions. Participation does not replace professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic support.

Dramatically Different provides non-clinical, creative confidence coaching that includes reflective and age appropriate activities. Participation in programs requires informed consent from a parent or legal guardian, as well the voluntary engagement participants. (Please click below for consent form.)

Cancellation Policy / Refunds

Standard terms and conditions apply.

  • Payment will be required for cancellations without at least 24 hours prior notice (extenuating circumstances will be taken into account)

  • Missed sessions or non-attendance are not refundable.

  • If a program is cancelled by Dramatically Different, a full refund or transfer of funds will be offered.

Understandably life circumstances can change, rescheduling may be required.
The best effort is made to respect your needs and the providers time and effort.

Privacy Policy

At Dramatically Different, personal information is collected only where necessary and handled in line with Australian Privacy Principles, thus we:

  • Store data and information securely as possible

  • Limit record-keeping to essential details

  • Keep limited clinical notes

  • Do not share information without consent, except where legally required

Complaints

Dramatically Different is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive experience for all participants, carers and customers.

If a concern or complaint arises, parents or carers are encouraged to raise the issue verbally with Erika as soon as possible, in addition to writing your concerns in an email to erika@dramaticallydifferent.com.au

All complaints will be:

  • Taken seriously

  • Handled respectfully and confidentially

  • Responded to in a timely manner


Concerns will be reviewed and, where required, appropriate steps will be taken.
Matters relating to child safety or legal obligations will be escalated accordingly.

Codes of Conduct

The safety and wellbeing of all children is of the highest priority.
Dramatically Different works actively to ensure girls feel respected, safe and supported, and has zero tolerance for abuse or harm.

Dramatically Different adheres to the national Child Safe Standards and NDIS code of Conduct maintaining:

  • Current working with Children Checks

  • NDIS screening clearance and Police Checks

  • An understanding of the National child safe standards mandatory reporting obligations

  • Public Liability and Professional Indemnity

Dramatically Different ensures:

  • Parental consent is obtained prior to engagement

  • Clear communication is maintained on a girls progress or participation

  • A professional, ethical and quality service is delivered

All communications take place directly with parents, guardians, carers or approved providers, no exclusive digital communication occurs with participants.

Participation in Dramatically Different coaching and programs relies upon the voluntary engagement of each participant By prioritising voluntary engagement, we foster genuine confidence, authentic voice, and a deeper sense of self compassion—because true development cannot be forced, only invited.

If a child requires support beyond the scope of our programs, families will be encouraged to seek appropriate professional care.
