Charisma, uniqueness, leadership

Emotinal needs are not being met in an online environement.Research shows that thenumber of areas activated inyour brain when engaged with someone faceto faceis far greater than when on screen

Opposite of the online. World. Against the odds, young peope with developing brains needs a real mentor, not a virtual world learnoing to be in theprescence of other people and and in touch with their other body

Learning about ourselves rather than looking at ourselves

Grounding ourselves in our own body, body work

So much time spent interacting in a virtual world antithesis of being present in oneelf

Girls are experiencing unprecedented levels of anxiety and distress—yet many fall outside clinical care. What’s needed is not more pressure to perform, but spaces where they can reconnect to confidence, voice, and self.

Across Australia and globally, girls report significantly higher levels of anxiety and psychological distress than boys. These patterns are increasing with age—revealing a generation managing pressure externally, while carrying distress internally.

The Gap

Although youth group programs, allied health services, and medical professionals do exist, many are waitlisted, delivered online, designed for all genders, and often lack strengths-based, face-to-face support.

Dramatically Different offers something more intentional and personal—centred on creativity, exploration, and real-world connection.
It provides safe, non-clinical, experiential learning with minimal wait times and no fixed prescription—just a thoughtful, responsive approach that supports each girl to build a stronger, more confident relationship with herself, grounded in real-world living.

My Philosophy
At the heart of my approach is creative pedagogy—the belief that girls benefit from creative,
experiential engagement, that their bodies are for living in nor just looking at.
I stand for learning that is human, relational, and grounded in real participation—where confidence is embodied
not enforced.

When girls are given safe, supportive spaces to express themselves without judgement, they
develop self respect, confidence and a strong sense of identity all of their own.

Dramatically Different aims to bring this to life—supporting girls to move beyond comparison and self doubt and into
a deeper connection with who they are and what they love doing consequently enabling them to navigate the
world with confidence and authenticity. You didn’t come this far to stop.
