Dramatically Different
One of a kind coaching for every kind of girl
The greatest thing a girl can wear is her confidence

The expressive girl learns to hold her own
The quiet girl finds her voice
The anxious girl becomes safe in her skin
The different girl finds she is " not alone"
Emotinal needs are not being met in an online environement.Research shows that thenumber of areas activated inyour brain when engaged with someone faceto faceis far greater than when on screen
Opposite of the online. World. Against the odds, young peope with developing brains needs a real mentor, not a virtual world learnoing to be in theprescence of other people and and in touch with their other body
Learning about ourselves rather than looking at ourselves
Grounding ourselves in our own body, body work
So much time spent interacting in a virtual world antithesis of being present in oneelf

WrDramatically Different is a non-clinical creative coaching business that aims to make a dramatic impact in how girls and young women see themselves, helping them build confidence, self-expression, and a strong sense of identity. In a society dominated by social media pressures and influencer-driven ideals, it provides guided, face-to-face support where difference is celebrated, individuality is honoured, and self-compassion and life skills are embedded.
Dramatically Different offers strengths-based, non-clinical support for confidence, anxiety, identity, and belonging. It creates emotionally safe, structured spaces where girls are supported to grow at their own pace and develop their unique strengths.
Led by Erika, a mother and highly experienced practitioner who overcame an eating disorder as a young woman, award-winning creator of women’s confidence, education, and employment empowerment programs, and performer of an acclaimed autobiographical show about her eating disorder, the business draws on over 25 years of professional and lived experience to deliver programs that transform a girl’s sense of self and inherent value
